Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition:
  • Unused and unassembled.
  • Packed in the original packaging, including manuals, tags, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Customized bicycles or accessories.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly.
• Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Contact Us: Reach out to our support team via email at support@raamee.com or call +91 9979707780 within the return window.
• Provide Details: Share your order ID, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
• Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
• Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), store credit will be issued.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are processed for size adjustments or product defects only.
• Replacement products will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your bicycle or accessory arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damage for quicker resolution.

Additional Information

• Returns for international orders are not supported currently.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
